Normally a great feed but today was super disappointing. Spent $100 on snapper and chips for the whole family to have the meal ruined with salt. I’m talking half a kilo of chicken salt dumped over $91/ kilo fish. It was barely edible. Even the kids didn’t want to eat it.

The freshest and tastiest fish and chips I have ever had! The fish was fresh and the batter was very crispy and thin. The thick hand-cut fries are seasoned with chicken salt! Their Sorrento burger is a must try! It was very big and delicious!!!!! Food is made fresh every time, after placing the order!

I chose the snapper in batter with chips, my family chose the baramandi. It was absolutely delicious, I will definitely go there once again before leaving Australia. I would recommend this place to anyone. They deserve the 5 stars.

I've been eating here since the 1990s. I don't know if the ownership has changed. However, they still have the best fish, chips, and all the other fried goodies you want. Note that you come here for quality, not price. Also, if the weather is nice, there is a good park next door to enjoy your bounty.

We stopped by here for lunch for some fish and chips. I have never tried fish and chips before while my husband only had it before in the States. We were here with two friends who live here in Brisbane and used to work at a fish and chips place. We all love it! Everything was so fresh! It took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready. Our friends said that is also how you know it is fresh because if it was frozen, it would only take about 3 to 4 minutes. On top of that, the fish meat was so tender and it was not dry at all! It was hot, fresh and super crispy! We asked to have the chips with chicken salt and it was also amazing! Their potato scallops were also amazing! We ordered the Family Meal since there are four of us and we were all super full. Highly recommend this place for fish and chip meal!

Great chips and nice battered fishes. Enjoyed thoroughly walking through the neighbourhood for an afternoon f&c snack.

Excellent fresh fish and chips were crunchy and fluffy on the inside. Great customer service and lots of very fresh sea food. A very happy customer 💯💯highly recommend this place. $10 chips is excellent feeds a big family. Tried other places and it doesn't even comes close to SORRENTS SEAFOOD.. we'll definitely be returning back here.. …
